CLOW, JOHN WILLIAM 1942-2002
Funeral service for John William Clow, 59, who died February 15, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church of Lahoma with the Pastor Steve Campbell officiating. Burial followed at the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery near Aline. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home of Helena. John was born March 16, 1942, the son of Loren and Virginia Major Clow. He was in the Ringwood area and graduated from Ringwood High School. He attended Auctioneer School in Illinois and Real Estate classes, becoming an auctioneer and real estate broker. He had lived and worked in Fairview, then moved to Enid in 1986 where he worked for Home Health Care REM Oklahoma. On February 29, 1988 he and Erlene Francisco were married. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lahoma. Survivors include his wife, Erlene of Enid; two children and their spouses, Justin Wade and Michele Clow of Fairview and Kelly Renee and Doug Greenwood of Little Rock, Arkansas; two step-children and their spouses, Larry and Lisa Halcomb of Enid, Joseph Clayton and Kasie of Enid; two sisters, Konda Clow of Enid, and Loretta Campbell and husband Steve of Ringwood; one brother, Larry Muzingo and wife Nora of Crescent; six grandchildren, K.C., Gunther, Shyla Halcomb; Tamerlane, Tika, Zachary Halcomb; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, his parents, one sister, Irene Ann and one niece, Gayla Phipps.
