FARGO - The funeral for Victor Beisel, 88, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Congregational Church, Shattuck, Oklahoma, with the Rev. Merv Clarke officiating. Burial will be in the Fargo Cemetery, Fargo, Oklahoma. Arrangements are by Mason Funeral Home. He was born November 3rd, 1910, at Dobrinka, Saratov, Russia, to Reinhart and Eva Margaret (Hanshu) Beisel and died Wednesday, January 13, 1999. His parents brought him to the United States in 1911. He graduated from Fargo High School and Northwester Oklahoma State University. He taught school for 12 years, then farmed southeast of Fargo, Oklahoma. On November 1st, 1942, he married Marie Fischer near Chattanooga, Oklahoma. Surviving are his wife, Marie of the home; one son, Victor of Fargo, Oklahoma; two brothers: Henry of Fargo, Oklahoma and Reinhold of Burlington, Oklahoma; two grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by one brother, two sisters and one grandson.
