BISEL, ROBERT CLAYTON, Sr. 1927-1993
The funeral for Robert Clayton Bisel, 65, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Okeene, Blaine County, Oklahoma. The Rev. Kevin Kellogg will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery under direction of Wilkinson Mortuary. He was born January 6th, 1927 at Okeene to William and Lida (Weigand) Bisel and died Tuesday, January 5th, 1993 at Okeene. He had lived in the Okeene area all of his life where he farmed. He attended rural schools at Arapaho and graduated from Okeene High School. He was a member of the First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He also was on the Soil Conservation Board and a city council member. On August 11th, 1949, he married Doris Cobb at Okeene, Oklahoma. Surviving are his wife; one son, Robert Jr. of Enid, Oklahoma; one daughter, Mrs. Bill (Amanda) Haffey of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and two brothers, George of Okeene and Larry of Oklahoma City.
