IN MEMORY OF OLA LEA (RASH) BLACKBURN 1903-1981
Funeral services were conducted Saturday, May 16th, 1981 in the First Christian Church of Watonga, Oklahoma for Ola Lea Blackburn, who died in the Watonga Hospital Thursday, May 14th, 1981 at age 77. Mrs. Blackburn was born to Robert Frank and Jennie Ann Rash August 23rd, 1903 at Robinson, Texas and had lived in the Watonga area 50 years. She was a homemaker. She married Kirby William Blackburn July 3rd, 1934 in Wellington, Kansas. Survivors include her husband of Watonga, her son, Jerry Blackburn of Dallas, Texas; four brothers: A. J. Rash of Loveland, Colorado; M.V. Rash of Porterville, California; Robert T. Rash of Annandale, Virginia; and Lud W. Rash of Wichita, Kansas; three sisters: Madeline Blashill of Orlin, California; and Bertha Steingbach and Dorothy Clark, both of Modesto, California; and two grandchildren. Bob Davis officiated at the rites and services concluded at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery of Watonga under direction of Wilkinson Mortuary.
