Mrs. Mary Kay "Andy" Anderson of Blackwell, Oklahoma passed away Monday, February 18th, 2002 at the Hillcrest Manor Nursing Home in Blackwell at the age of 70 years. She was born November 8, 1931 in Isabelle, Oklahoma to Martin and Lina (Haffey) Knopp. She grew up on a farm in the Okeene area. During her high school years the family moved to Enid. She moved to Blackwell in 1956 and she had worked at the former Blackwell General Hospital for 27 years. She retired in 1999. She is survived by four daughters: Debra Davidson, Portland, Oregon; Nancy Cunningham, Grapevine, Texas; Michelle Blackstone, Shawnee, Oklahoma; Kelly Munroe, Hillsdale, Oklahoma; one son T. Jay Munroe, Blackwell, Oklahoma. She is also survived by one sister, Ruby Laubach, Okeene, Oklahoma and two brothers, Quentin Knopp and Delbert Knopp, both of Okeene, Oklahoma. She also has 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 21, 2002 in Okeene, Oklahoma at the Calvary Cemetery with Father David Cowden officiating. Services were under the direction of the McCafferty-Bolick-Green Funeral Home of Blackwell, Oklahoma.
