Mrs. CASWELL, born December 25, 1907, in Evansville, was a member of the Evansville Community Church.
Survivors include: two sons, L.J. CASWELL, Evansville, and Gene CASWELL, Figure Five, Ark.; one daughter Geneva NEFF, Evansville; three brothers, Bob COLTON, Muskogee, and Charley and Walter COLTON, both of Washington State; and five sisters, Jimmie LOVEJOY and Clorene PHILLIPS, both of Evansville, Kate REED, Stilwell, Ann SCHMIDT, St. Louis, Mo., and Margaret RUDAS, Blue Island, Ill.
Services were held Tuesday in the Methodist Church of Evansville with the Rev. Tim GILES officiating.
Interment was in the Lewis Cemetery.FIVEKILLERCleveland (Clebe) FIVEKILLER, 95, a retired farmer, died Wednesday, May 25 in the Hastings Hospital in Tahlequah.
FIVEKILLER, born March 30, 1882, in Sequoyah County, was a member of the United Methodist Indian Church. He made his home with a niece, Audie LAWSON of Lyons Switch.
Other survivors include four other nieces and seven nephews.
Services were held Friday, May 27 in the Roberts funeral Chapel with Bro. Levi FLUTE officiating.
Interment was in the Clear Springs Cemetery.YOUNGMrs. Mary WATERS YOUNG, 72, died May 24 in the Stilwell Municipal Hospital.
Mrs. YOUNG, born December 6, 1904 in Braggs, Indian Territory, is survived by two sons, Robert and Joe YOUNG, both of Stilwell; three daughters, Viola BROWN, Stilwell, Louise BURNETT, Oklahoma City, and Juanita BROWN, Tulsa; 18 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Services were held May 26 in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jack STANLEY officiating.
Interment was in the Salem Cemetery.LARWOODServices for Dr. Charles Homer LARWOOD, 81, were held Sunday in the Hart Funeral Chapel in Westville.
The Rev. Dale THURLBY officiated, and interment was in the Westville City Cemetery.
He died last Friday in the Stilwell Municipal Hospital. Dr. LARWOOD, born November 8, 1895, in Melbourne, Ark., was Dean of Pharmacy of Toledo (Ohio) University. During World War 1, he served in the U.S. Navy and in World War 11, he was a captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corps.
He moved to Westville after retiring from his university post in Toledo.
He was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Westville.
Survivors include a sister, Ann LARWOOD, Westville, and a brother, Edward LARWOOD, Long Beach, Calif.

Mrs. PATTERSON, born February 20, 1910, is survived by: her husband, Benjamin Huey PATTERSON of the home in Tulsa; two sons, Raymond and Jerry Max PATTERSON, both of Sand Springs; six daughters, Alma HILL and Doris CHURCHILL, both of Sand Springs, Reccie KESTER, Stilwell, Carlene BATEMAN, Oklahoma City and Bonnie BATES and Virginia NAIL, both of Hamilton, Texas; one brother, Everett WILLIAMS, Hobbs, N.M.; two sisters, Mahala KIRK and Beatrice RHOADES, both of Marble City; 21 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
She was of the Holiness faith.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Moble Dodson Funeral Home of Sand Springs, and interment was in the Woodland Cemetery, Sand Springs.SMITHCharles Harold SMITH, 52 year old native of Adair County, died Tuesday of last week in the Veterans Hospital in Muskogee following a two year illness.
SMITH, born November 13, 1924, in Christie, was employed by the Bendix Corp. in Kansas City, Mo., for 30 years before moving to Muskogee 10 years ago. He was a veteran of World War 11.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Nora SMITH of the home, 116 S. 38th St., Muskogee; one son, Harold SMITH, Carl Junction, Mo.; three daughters, Linda BATCHELDER and Rebecca PRICE, both of Muskogee, and Marlene HOLLINGSWORTH, Sibley, Mo.; two brothers, Ralph SMITH, Belton, Mo., and Bill SMITH, Raymore, Mo.; one sister, Pat PENNINGTON, Kidder, Mo.; and eight grandchildren.
Services were held Friday in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel, Tahlequah, with the Rev. W. Clayton DAVIS officiating.

Olive St., Stilwell; four sons, Ralph HUNTER, Bend, Oregon, Vernon HUNTER, Chester, Calif., and Omer and Clifton HUNTER, both of Stilwell; one daughter, Dorothy SCHAFFER, Idaho Falls, Idaho; and two brothers, Dave CHASTAIN, Bartlesville, and Robert CHASTAIN, Stilwell.
Services were planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Herbert PATTERSON and the Rev.
Tim GILES officiating and interment in the Pilgrim Rest Cemetery.MCCLUREMrs. Carrie E. MCCLURE, a former resident of Adair County, died July 23 in Yakima, Wash., following a short illness.
Mrs. MCCLURE, born May 10, 1897, in Swain, Ark., lived in Adair County for many years.
She was a Stilwell school teacher and social worker before moving to Yakima.
Survivors include: two brothers, Ray ELLIS, Shawnee, and Roland ELLIS, Sand Springs; and one sister, Leila ELLIS, Palms, Calif.
Services and interment were in Yakima on July 26.

Interment was in Rocky Ford Cemetery, Tahlequah.BURCHDr. Richard J. BURCH, 69, a former resident of Stilwell, died August 9 in Lexington, Ky., following a five week illness.
Dr. BURCH, son of Mrs. Frank BURCH, a former long time Stilwell High School teacher who now lives in Sand Springs, was born in Quinton and came to Stilwell with his parents at an early age.
He was graduated from Stilwell High School.
He was an oral surgeon and former faculty member at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
Dr. BURCH, who retired from teaching in 1975, went to the University of Kentucky in 1962 following 20 years in the U.S. Air Force as a dental surgeon.
He was appointed consultant to the commanding general, Far Eastern Air Forces, in 1951 and traveled extensively in the Far East, performing surgery and conducting consultations.
He was the first diplomat of a national board in the U.S.A.F. Dental Service, serving on the American Board of Oral Surgery.
He planned, organized and chaired the first approved Air Force training program in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery from 1953 to 1960. As a nationally recognized lecturer, professor and authority on maxillofacial surgery. Dr. BURCH contributed over 28 articles to scientific publications and eight color training films to the fields of teaching and science.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Agnes SIMPSON BURCH of the home in Lexington, Ky.; three daughters; his mother, Mrs. Frank BURCH of Sand Springs; and one sister, Mrs. Virginia LACKEY, also of Sand Springs.
Services were held Saturday in Lexington and interment was conducted Monday at Arlington National Cemetey, Arlington, Va.CHUCULATEJohn CHUCULATE, 75, died Tuesday, August 9 in the Stilwell Municipal Hospital following a brief illness.
CHUCULATE, born January 22, 1902, in Bunch, operated a service station and garage in Stilwell at the time of his death.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Effie CHUCULATE of the home in Stilwell; two sons, Raymond C. CHUCULATE, Tulsa, and Gerald CHUCULATE, Stilwell; and two daughters, Gladys BROWN, Stilwell, and Rose Mary RICHARDSON, Sand Springs.
Services were held Thursday, August 11, in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with the Revs. Noble CASEY and John BLACKWOOD officiating.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) in the Chuculate Church with Bro. Johnny GOODRICH officiating.

DORNBRACK, 47 year old Adair County school teacher, who died Saturday in the Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville, Ark., following a brief illness, were held Monday in the Hart Funeral Chapel in Westville.

DORNBRACK, born May 31, 1930, in Stilwell, was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, and a graduate of Northeastern State University, Tahlequah. He had taught at the Christie School the past 18 years.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pat DORNBRACK of the home in Westville; one son, Gary Dewayne DORNBRACK, Westville; one daughter, Patricia TILLERY, Jonesboro, Ark.; his mother, Mrs. Ora DORNBRACK, Stilwell; two brothers, Edgar DORNBRACK , Kansas City, Kansas, and Charles DORNBRACK, Stilwell; three sisters, Mrs. Gladys DUVALL, Mrs. Joyce QUALLS and Mrs. Rene CHUCULATE, all of Stilwell; and one grandson.BOYDCurtis BOYD, 49, a native of Stilwell, died Sunday in Muskogee Genral Hospital.
BOYD, born January 16, 1928, in Stilwell, moved to Muskogee six years ago from California.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Kathleen BOYD of the home, 326 Elmire, Muskogee; his father, Steve BOYD, Oroville, Calif.; his mother, Mrs. Opal CHAMBERS, Muskogee; three sons, two daughters, two brothers, Daniel BOYD, Sallisaw, and Bill BOYD, Oroville; two sisters, Mrs. Bonnie BRISCOE, Muskogee, and Mrs. Alma Lee SEABOLT, Okay.

Services were held Wednesday, August 17 at the New Hope Baptist Church, northwest of Westville with the Rev. Clark WILSON, Sapulpa, officiating.

He died Monday at his home following a heart attack.

He was 56 years old. PETTIGREW, born November 12, 1920 in Farmington, Ark., was a veteran of World War 11.
He was married to his wife, Effie, June 2, 1947. He attended the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Stilwell.
Survivors, in addition to his wife of the home on Route 2, Stilwell, include: four sons, Larry Wade, Billy Jack, Roy H. and Johnny L. PETTIGREW, all of Stilwell; one daughter, Glenda GOSA, Tipton; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde PETTIGREW; and 13 grandchildren.
Services were held Friday in the Roberts funeral Chapel with the Rev. Hubert SPONSLER and Rev. Herman ISAACS officiating. Mrs. MCSPADDEN, born at Fort Gibson, Indian Territory, is survived by her husband, Herb MCSPADDEN; two other sons, Trent MCSPADDEN, Chelsea, and Bob MCSPADDEN, Vinita; and 11 grandchildren.
Services were held Monday in St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Claremore.

She was a full-blood Cherokee, born February 24, 1898 near Stilwell, where she lived all her life. Her parents were Charley BUNCH and Nannie LIVERS BUNCH.
In 1918 she was united in marriage to Stan Watie ADAIR, who preceded her in death July 17, 1954. Of this marriage eight children were born, Watie Jr., Myrtle, and Joe ADAIR preceded her in death. Surviving children are: Samuel ADAIR, Weatherford, Texas, Sadie SPRINGWATER, Stilwell, Virginia HODGE, Welling, Sue SAUL, Longview, Texas, and Billy G. ADAIR, Santa Clara, Calif.; 29 grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; two brothers, Jim and Sam BUNCH of Stilwell; two sisters, Adeline DOUBLEHEAD, and Sarah KILLER, also of Stilwell.
