RICH
Harry Fred RICH, 82, died Thursday, April 3 in the Stilwell Municipal Hospital. RICH, born December 5, 1886 in Coittonplant, Mo., is survived by; his wife, Mrs. Minda RICH; eight sons, Lawrence, Arless, Verlin Estel, Emerald, Eliza Orvin and Alma RICH; and three sisters, Maggie HALL, Emma DAVID, and Mahalah HALL.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Harold CHAMBLESS officiating. Interment was in the Stilwell City Cemetery.
RUSSELL
Services for Miss Alice Irene RUSSELL, 73, were conducted from the Roberts Funeral Chapel, Thursday, April 3, with the Rev. Herman ISAACS officiating.
Miss RUSSELL died April 1 in the Memorial Hospital , Siloam Springs, Ark. She was born October 28, 1895 in Oklahoma [Indian Territory], the daughter of J.B. and Ellen POOL RUSSELL.
Survivors include: her mother, Mrs. Ellen RUSSELL of Westville; four brothers, Joe M. and Haskell RUSSELL, both of Westville, Paul H. RUSSELL, Summers, Ark., and James B. RUSSELL, Cottonwood, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Ollie CONDREAY and Mrs. Pearl WILKIE both of Westville and Mrs. Leverette BRANCHCOMB of Anderson, Calif.
Burial was in the Baptist Mission Cemetery with the Roberts Funeral Home directing.
HINES
Services for Phillips HINES, 58, were conducted from the Hart Memorial Chapel Monday, April 7, with the Rev. Morris TIPKON, Siloam Springs, Ark., officiating. Mr. HINES, a native of Westville, was born December 15, 1910, the son of Edward and Jennie PHILLIPS HINES.
He had lived in Westville until a few years ago when the family moved to Watts. He was a member of the Watts Baptist Church, the American Legion Post in Westville and the Masonic Lodge.
He died Thursday, April 3, on his way to the hospital. Mr. HINES had been in poor health for many years and had just returned home from a hospital in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include: his wife, Sadie, of the home; three daughters, Marttha HAGAN, Bellaire, Texas, Phyliss Ann HAGAN, El Paso, Texas, and Soneta MILLER, Siloam Springs, Ark., four grandchildren; a sister, Miss Letha HINES, Westville, and one brother, Mose, Ponce City.
Burial was in the Phillips family cemetery north east of Westville with Hart Funeral Home directing.
