Ronnie Dean Davis passed from this life on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at the age of 76 years.
 

Ronnie will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Janice Stephenson Davis of the home and his children, Jeff Davis and wife Laura, Kathy White, Mickey Lockhart, Michelle Brooks and husband, John. Ronnie will also be fondly remembered by his seven grandchildren, Amy Shipley and husband Lane, Lauren Hughes and husband Braidon, Cody Lockhart, Rachel Davis, Jamie and Heather Brooks, Parker White, and two great-grandchildren, Theodore and Emmeline Shipley. 

Ronnie is survived by two brothers, Gary Davis and wife Eva, Doug Davis and wife Linda, several brother and sister-in-laws; Trish Conway and husband Fred, Joyce Eubanks and husband J.C., Wanda Eubanks and husband Joe, Colene and companion Bobby, Brenda Stephenson and companion Paul, Raymond Stephenson Jr. and wife Brenda, Gary Stephenson and wife Pam, Deby Lacie and husband Darrell, his mother-in-law, Naomi Stephenson, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
 

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Audean and Alta (Bootie) Davis and father-in-law Raymond Stephenson.
 

Ronnie served in the National Guard, 45th Division Oklahoma City, from 1961-1968. In his early adulthood  he worked for Jackie Cooper Transport out of Oklahoma City, and delivered propane for DX Propane out of Stilwell. He was a cattle rancher, chicken grower, and later in life a real estate investor. He enjoyed going to auctions, spending time with his kids and grandkids, and construction projects around his parent’s homestead where he resided. Recently he had begun building a sunroom onto his home that he had planned for months and was anxious to finish. He loved being at home, taking care of business, and caring for his beloved dogs, Lady and Chubbs.
 

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Roberts & Hart Funeral Home, 404 S Williams Street, Westville, with Reverend Jim Beavers officiating.

A graveside service was held the following day, Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Pierce Cemetery near Checotah with Reverend Darrell Lacie officiating
