Odeal L. Payne, age 83, passed away on April 19, 2004 in Claremore, OK.

He was born April 16, 1921 to Lewis L. and Effie (Britt) Payne. He was a farmer most of his life and worked in the Foundry. He was a veteran of WW ll serving with the US Army.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers; Roy Kenneth and Tommy. Also 3 sisters, Udda, Bonnie and Carma.
 

Survived By: 5 Sisters: Mary Shatswell of Henryetta, Lorene Crawford of Antlers, OK, Nadine Caleb of Saratoga, WO, Ruth Long of Hoffman, Judy Jones of Dustin, Brother: Tom Skinner of Henryetta, Nephew Ronald Payne of Checotah and many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 22, 2004 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Vance , officiating.

Interment will follow at the Hanna Cemetery in Hanna, Oklahoma under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home.
