Raymond Sevier left this world peacefully on Sunday December 2, 2007 in California. Known to most as Pappa Ray, he will be greatly missed by all and left behind a legacy of family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Willene, and his beloved parents Jim & Bessie Sevier, his brother; Ted, Sister Sylvia and granddaughter Tanya.
He is survived by his daughter Joan Goodman and son Ron Sevier. Grandchildren Mike Goodman, Christie Powell, Paul Powell, Dan Sevier and Justin Sevier. His bonus grandchildren; Susan Sevier, Stacey Goodman, Jason Adams and Michelle Starr. His great grandchildren were the love of his life, Ashley, Paul, Mike, Jane and Marissa Goodman, Emily Heather and Isaac Ray Sevier, Gwenyth and Chloe Adam and great great grandson Alejandro Goodman. Sister Emogene Hunt and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 1:00pm, December 10, 2007 at the Rogers Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Checotah Cemetery in Checotah, Ok under the directions of the Rogers Funeral Home.
