Cecil "Wayne" Fleming passed from this life and into his Lord's arms on December 6, 2009. He passed away at his home of 56 years with his wife, Mamie, and granddaughter, Ragen, by his side. Wayne was a natural born gardener and loved tinkering in his woodshops.

Wayne held several occupations during his lifetime but retired from the Bone and Joint Clinic of Muskogee. He also spent many years taking care of Hadherway Ranch for Dr. and Mrs. Henry. Throughout the years he had several farm animals that brought him joy.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; four brothers, B.J. Howard, O.W. Howard, Clarence Fleming, and Clifford Fleming and one sister, Ola Mae Mitchell.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Mamie "Ag" Fleming of Muskogee; his son, Joe Wayne Fleming and wife, Diane, of Fort Gibson; daughter, Sharon Kay Horton and husband, Jerry, of Sand Springs; daughter, Barbara Jean Crossland and husband, Billy, of Muskogee; grandchildren and spouses, Kim and Jeff Crosier, Tammy and Brian Chasteen, Andrea Rhoden, Courtney "Ragen" and Shan Royse, Jeremie and Jackie Stoy, Eric and Angela Fleming and Adam Fleming; great-grandchildren, Zac Stoy, Caleb and Ciera Royse, Joshua and Makayla Rhoden, Jordan and Trevor Crosier and Audrey Chasteen and a special friend, Cory Carter.

He will be missed by all who knew him. We will always hold the memories he left us with close to our hearts. You are loved Dad, Grandpa, Papa, and Great-grandpa.
