A Memorial
service for Sharon K Anderson, 24, 1321 Suggett, who died Thursday evening in a
local hospital after a lengthy illness, will be observed at 11 AM Saturday in
Vance Air Force Base Chapel.
The funeral will be at 11 AM Monday in the First Baptist Church at Idabel.
Burial will be in Williamston Cemetery under direction of Blandon Funeral Home.
Local arrangements are by Russworm Funeral Home.
The casket will be open from 11:50 AM until 12:30 PM Saturday at the Russworm
Funeral Home.
Ms. Anderson was born January 22, 1960, in St. John's, Newfoundland, at
Pepperrell Air Force Base. She attended Eisenhower elementary school, Waller
junior high school and Enid high school. She then attended Central State
University, Edmond, where she graduated with a bachelor of science degree in
fashion merchandising in 1982. She was employed by J. C. Penneys in Enid, in
Oklahoma City and in Dallas, Texas.
Survivors include her parents, Alonzo "Andy" and Betty Anderson, Enid; a
brother, Alonzo Anderson Jr., Enid; and paternal grandparents, Theophilus and
Euelia Anderson, Broken Bow.
Memorials in her name may be made to the Oklahoma Lupus Association Inc., 6521
NW. 30th Ter., Bethany, OK 73008. Local custodian is First National Bank.
