Ferris Larsen Ashalintubbi, age 57, passed from this life February
7th, 2017, in Honobia, Oklahoma. He was born on August 1st, 1959 in
Talihina, Oklahoma, to Marland Ashalintubbi and Aline Johnson.
Ferris is preceded in death by his mother, Aline Johnson
Ashalintubbi James, father, Marland Ashalintubbi, brother David
Wayne Ashalintubbi, sister's, Verloyn Ashalintubbi and Candace
Ashalintubbi, and a niece, Marla Williams.
He leaves behind, to cherish his memories: three daughters;
Leighanne Patterson and husband Jason, of Talihina, Oklahoma, Alena
Ashalintubbi of McAlester, Oklahoma, and Verna Ashalintubbi of
Norman, Oklahoma. Two sons; Shawn Johnson of McAlester, Oklahoma and
Shane Johnson of Talihina, Oklahoma, and eight grandchildren. Two
brothers; Dennis Ashalintubbi and wife Terri of Eagletown, Oklahoma
and Martin James of Talihina, Oklahoma, four sisters; Denese Johnson
of Heavener, Oklahoma, Hanna Williams and husband Paul of Clayton,
Oklahoma, Minnie Floyd and husband George of Clarksville, Arkansas,
and Pauline Genemetes and husband Bryan of Cannon City, Colorado.
Graveside services will be held Friday, February 10, 2017, 3:00 PM
at the Rock Creek Cemetery, Smithville, Oklahoma, with Pastor Brent
Rose officiating.
