Robert was born June 16, 1962 in Landstuhl, Germany to Ohlan and Junelle (Ryan) Keeney. Robert worked as a pipeliner and retired from the Local Union 798 out of Tulsa. He loved to fish and was an easy man to get along with.
Robert was preceded in death by his father Ohlan Keeney and one sister Marion Sullivan.
He is survived by his mother Junella Keeney of Finley; sister June Ann Jackson and husband Denny of Goodwater; sister Sally Kay Hall and husband Jeff of Van Alstine, TX; sister Jennifer Ruth Nelson of Edmond; brother Jason Keeney of Finley; four nephews Denny Joe Jackson, Joshua Gafford, Griffin Nelson and Spencer Nelson; two nieces Sarah Bishop and Jenny Cate Gafford; four aunts Sarah and husband Melvin Pond, Martha Tucker, Rosemary Thomas, Judith Carson, Cindy Ryan, and Ruth Stidham as well as numerous cousins, other relatives and a host of friends.
Family night will be Friday, November 8, 2013 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be
Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 11:00am at Redland Cemetery.
