Doris Jean Andrews age 83, of Purcell passed away April 6, 2022 in Norman, Oklahoma.
She was born on August 21, 1938 to Roy Dover and Eunice Dover (Madden) in Washington, Oklahoma. She grew up in Washington and attended Washington Schools.
Doris married the love of her life, Albert Andrews, on June 20, 1954 in Purcell. Doris worked in the cafeteria at Washington for 12 years. When Doris turned on music to listen to, it was her very favorite artist- Randy Travis. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Eunice Dover. Her sisters in law, Chi Chi Dover, Carol Dover, and Margie Dover. Her brothers in law, Frank Albert, Gene Andrews, Jim Price and Dale Worley. Sisters in law Evelyn Price, Florence Beller, Birdie Akerman, and Juanita Worley.
Doris is survived by her husband Albert. Her daughter Carol and spouse Terry Reynolds, her daughter Sharon and spouse David Perry, and her son Marvin Andrews. Her grandchildren Lindsay Sikes, Tara Reynolds, Aaron Perry, Miranda Allen, Julie Brown, and Jill Harris. She also leaves behind great grandchildren, Cache Harper, Laney Allen, Garrison and Maddie Brown, Kylie Davidson, and Mason Harris. She is also survived by brothers Wayne Dover, Thomas Dover, Jessie Dover, Dennis Dover and Lee Dover; sisters, Joyce Henderson, Mildred Nugent, Rita Landers and Kathy Dover and numerous nieces and nephews.
