Janice Kaye Wallace died September 20, 2018 in Midwest City, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years 4 months 23 days. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Monday, September 24, 2018 at Wadley's Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery entrusted to the care of Wadley's Funeral Service.
Janice was born April 28, 1946 in San Diego, California to Harry and Alma (Britton) James. While still a baby, they moved the family to the Stratford area. Janice graduated from NW Classen High School in 1964. On February 7, 1964, Janice married the love of her life, Larry Wallace in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Janice worked for Tinker Air Force Base as a supply clerk until her retirement. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a NASCAR fan and loved riding motorcycles; as well as, fishing and hunting.
Janice is preceded in death by her father, Harry James; her mother, Alma Kerr and husband, Ross; brother, Harold Lee James and wife, Shirley; and brother-in-law, Tom Wilson.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Wallace; son, Kevin Wallace and wife, Barbara; daughter, Renae Thomason and husband, Eric; grandchildren, Kinzi Vanlandingham and husband, Bryan, Ashley Wallace, Hunter Thomason, Brock Wallace; great grandchild, Evie Vanlandingham; sister, Pat Wilson; and many other relatives and friends.
