E. J. (Buddy) Moore Jr. of Stratford was born November 17, 1927 in Oakhill, Oklahoma to Ebba Jason and Elsie (Bean) Moore Sr. He passed away September 20, 2009 at Stratford, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years 10 months and 3 days.
He worked as a Pipeliner, for many years. He also served our country in the U.S. Air Force and was a veteran of World War II. He lived most of his life in the Rosedale area. He was a member of Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Two sisters, four brothers, two sons, and one daughter.
Survived by Two Sons, Tommy & wife Gloria Moore, Stratford, Ok.; Jeff Moore, Latta, Ok.; Four Brothers, Jake Moore, Cox City, Ok.; Wesley Moore, Iowa Park, TX.; Mike Moore, Cox City, Ok.; Gerald Moore, Rosenburg, OR.; One Sister, Allene Virgin, Denton, TX.; 9 Grandchildren, Jami Graham, Byars, OK.; Keith Moore, Okla. City, OK.; Jaci Heaton, Capron, Ok.; Taylor Moore, Stephenville, TX.; Jeni Moore, Latta, OK.; Cody Moore, Slaughtersville, OK.; Philip Hebb, Stratford, OK.; Falisha Wood, Stratford, OK.; Nathan Hebb, Stratford, OK.; 5 Great-Grandchildren, Bryson Smith, Jantz Heaton, Hagen Graham, Layton Hebb, Hayden Wood.
Pallbearers will be Clifford Moore, Taylor Moore, Justin Graham, Philip Hebb Jr., Nathan Hebb, Ricky Wood.
Services will be held September 24, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Pickard Funeral Home Chapel Stratford, OK. officiated by Rev. Lewis Perry. Burial will be at Rosedale Cemetery, Rosedale, OK.
