Virginia was born in Euchee Creek, Oklahoma on Apri 26, 1924 to Roy and Dessie (Foust) McClure and passed away on August 27, 2017 in Shawnee.
Virginia and J.T. Reynolds were married on his birthday 18 June 1941. She was a member of the Downtown Pentecostal Holiness Church for over 60 years and she loved Jesus. In fact, the last words she spoke to her family were “Jesus is my life”. We knew that what she wanted more than anything was to meet Him face to face and we rejoice at her home going.
Virginia loved her family. She had many immediate family that lived in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Sons, John Reynolds and his wife Pam along with three grandchildren; Jason Reynolds and his wife April, Rachel Loudon and her husband Shane and Todd Reynolds. Three brothers, Jack, Jessie and Max McClure. She has two great-granddaughters, Amanda and Tayler Loudon. She also enjoyed many good times spent with her special friend, Twilla Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and infant son and her brothers.
Services were held on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at Praise Assembly Church in Shawnee with Larry Townsend & Ron Baldridge officiating. Interment was at New Johnsonville Cemetery in Byars, Oklahoma.
