Dale Lee Cummins was born September 23,1959 in Coalgate,Oklahoma to Ray and Lydia(Cook) Cummins. He passed away March 13, 2019 in Paoli, Oklahoma at the age of 59 years 5 months and 18 days. He spent most of his life in Coalgate and later moving to Byars and then to Paoli. He worked as a carpenter. He loved to fish and hunt and mostly spend time with his grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents Ray and Lydia, grandson Shane and brother in law Harold Collins.

Survived by one daughter Tonya Dial and husband Toby ,Byars ,Ok. Four sons Jason Cummins and wife Shellie, Stuart ok, Mark Cummins and wife Brittany,Paoli ok, Ben Cummins, Del City, Jacob Cummins and wife Laura, Oklahoma City, ok. Two Brothers Norman Cummins, Eufaula ok, Randy Cummins, Cottonwood ok, Seven sisters, Joy Cummins, Gloria Welch, Kay Collins, all of Coalgate. Newanna Dennett and Cherrie Richardson, both of Arkansas, Rita Taylor of Illinois,and Glenda Fisher of Byars ok. 16 grand children and 5 great grandchildren

Visitation; Monday evening March 18, 2019 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Graveside Services; 1:00 PM Tuesday March 19, 2019 in Johnsonville Cemetery, Byars, OK.
Officiating; Daimon Hillhouse.
