Richard Lee Teague, 70, died June 19, 2006.
Memorial services were at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 22, at the Eisenhour Chapel in Blanchard. The Rev. Danny Ray officiated and Eisenhour Funeral Home made the arrangements. Teague was born February 15, 1936, in Ft. Worth, Texas to Mable (Turpin) and William Teague. He was raised in Ft. Worth and was a professional truck driver for Affiliated Food and Coca Cola. Companies. He had most recently been a greeter for Wal-Mart. Richard married Lynda Avahraye Brown on February 24, 1967, in Ft. Worth, Texas. He was a member of Glory Promise Center in Newcastle and enjoyed bowling and John Wayne movies. Survivors include his wife Lynda of the home in Blanchard; son Richard "Ricky" Teague of Blanchard; daughters Michelle "Shelly" Blankenship and her husband Joe of Guthrie, Rebekah "Becky" Bewley and her husband Greg of Tulsa; grandchildren Levi, Ashley, Logan, Nathan, Ethan; sisters Carolyn Teague of Norman, Brenda Watson and her husband Jerry of Texas; numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson and son-in-law. |
