Memorial services for Larry Gene Noble, 64, were held at
11:00 AM at Woodland Hills Baptist Church in Newcastle
on Saturday Jan. 15 with Bruce Christian officiating. In
lieu of flowers, donations were made to the Cancer
Support Group at Woodland Hills Baptist Church or to the
SW Program for Pancreatic Cancer.
Larry Noble was born in Oklahoma City on Oct. 7, 1946 to Kenneth Gene Noble and Margaret Lucille Dawson and went to be with the lord Jan. 10, 2011 at his home surrounded by his children.
He graduated from U.S. Grant High School in 1964.
On July 15, 1966, he married Cheryl Ruth Sutton in Oklahoma City. He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1969 spending most of his tour of duty in Korea. Larry began working for GE which later became Seagate for 37 years with his last 5 years was working in Reynosa, Mexico. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends at his cabin at Lake Tenkiller catching sand bass and trout. and also cooking for everyone. Preceding him in death were his grandparents, father, and father-in-law.
Survivors are his mother Margaret, mother-in-law Lois Sutton, wife Cheryl, daughters Jennifer Noble and Carrie (Brian) Skinner and son Randy (Jana) Noble, grandchildren Ethan Evetts, Austin and Dylan White, Keegan Skinner, Caleigh and Jett Noble, brother Wayne (Joyce) Noble and their children Christina and Danielle, sister-in-law Paula Sutton and her children Nick and Cassie.
