Chuck was born in Oklahoma City and was a life-long community resident. He attended school in OKC and graduated from Grant High School in 2002.
Chuck's life brought a great deal of happiness to each person who was fortunate enough to meet him. Everybody knew him-he never met a stranger. Chuck was always “the life of the party” and has left behind many people who called him their best friend. He was the laughter in his family. When Chuck arrived, so did smiles on everyone's faces.
He is survived by his loving parents, Steve and Vickie Capps, his brother Daniel Capps, wife Nicole Capps, treasured niece Lily and nephew Zane, two sets of grandparents, as well as an extended amount of family and a host of loving friends.
