Ernie Billen, age 81 of Newcastle, passed away Monday, February 24, 2020. Ernest John Billen was born May 1, 1938 in Oklahoma City, OK, the younger of two children born to Leonard and Pearl Billen. He lived between Newcastle and Moore in his early years until settling in Newcastle in 1968.

He married the love of his life Debra Sue Glenn August 18, 1979.

He was a dairy farmer his whole life, and he owned and operated Billen Dairy, retiring in October of 2006.

He loved his cows and pigs and horses! He loved all his animals! He adored Pork Chop, his indoor pig! He loved fishing, camping and riding his 4-wheelers on the South Canadian River with all the kids and grandkids. He was quite the dancer in his day and very much enjoyed music. He enjoyed card playing with the family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Pearl Billen. His sister Peggy Ferguson. A son, Brian Brawner. A granddaughter Madison Pritchard. His mother in law Carlene Lambert. 2 brother in laws Randy and Danny Glenn.

He is survived by his wife Debra Billen of the home. Daughter Renee Lewis and husband Chris of Newcastle, Son Kurt Billen and wife Karen of Edmond, daughter Robin Fielder and husband Kelsie of Lexington, daughter Tonya Stanley and husband Jerry of Edmond, daughter Christy Robertson and husband Paul of Blanchard and Lisa Brawner and Jon of OKC; 15 grandkids and 10 great grandkids and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M. Friday, February 28, 2020, at the Woodland Hills Baptist Church in Newcastle. Burial will follow at the Newcastle Memorial Gardens. Send online condolences @ www.wilsonlittle.com.
