Roger Ross, age 45 of Purcell, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 01, 2013 at his home in Purcell. He was born on June 28, 1967 in Purcell, the older of two children born to Thomas Marion Ross and Sequetta June Williams. Roger grew up in the Purcell, Dibble and Washington communities. He went to high school at Washington and later married Mary Madden. They were married on March 9, 1986 and together raised two children, Tracy and Matt. Roger grew up loving animals. He especially had a love for horses and going to Rodeos. When he was a young man he used to be a Jockey and help train horses. He later started working as a carpenter and worked many years in the construction industry. Some of his hobbies include working on old vehicles and fishing.
He was preceded in death by: Mother: Sequetta Rebuck in 2004 and his grandparents.
He is survived by: Father and step mother: Tom and Brenda Ross of Washington; Two children: Daughter, Tracy Palmore and husband Bryan of Maysville Son, Matt Ross of Purcell Sister: Misty Madden and husband Nathan of Purcell 3 grandchildren: Wyatt, Noah and Kamryn A niece: Blacha Madden A nephew: Blake Madden Many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends
Graveside Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Hillside Cemetery in Purcell. Arrangements by Wilson-Little Funeral Home of Purcell.
