Randy Claude Powers, age 62 of Lexington, passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 7, 2022.

Randy was born July 21, 1960 in Inglewood, CA, 1 of 7 children of Claude C. Powers and Beverly June (Pscholka) Martin Powers. He was raised in Purcell and attended school there.

Randy went to work in the oil field as a young teenager and worked hard all of his life. Later he worked as a mechanic for his uncle, Dwight Powers for a few years before going into the used car business with his father. After Claude’s passing, Randy went to work with Arvine Pipe & Supply in Norman, where he made many friends that became like family.

He dearly loved his children. Randy loved having fun and taking his children on vacations as often as he could. Randy loved God and he shared of God’s goodness with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed!

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Claude and Beverly Powers and brothers, Jimmy Joe Powers, Dennis Martin and Mike Martin.

Randy is survived by: his sons, Randolph Scott (Tonya) of Noble and Jacob of Lexington; step daughter, Amanda (Scott) and their children, Camreigh and Derrick of Little Axe; brothers, Keith Martin and wife Robin of Okla. City and Rodney Powers and wife Regina of Purcell; sister, Carlene Wenzel and husband Scott of Gold Hill, OR; sister-in-law, Doris Martin of Myrtle Creek, OR; aunt Kathy Powers of Purcell; uncle Dwight Powers of Okla. City; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

The family will gather to remember Randy Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Hillside Cemetery. This will be an informal time of sharing, singing and remembering. www.wilsonlittle.com.
