Justin Paul Newkirk died April 23, 2016 in Norman at the age
of 54 years 10 months 8 days.
Gravesite services are scheduled for 10:00 AM,
Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Hillside Cemetery under the care of Wadley’s
Funeral Service.
Justin was born June 15, 1961 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Justin W. and Floye M.
(Hopkins) Newkirk. He has spent all of his life in Purcell. Justin married Sarah
L. Sweet on February 5, 1999 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He worked as a mechanic and
loved to fish and hunt. Justin also enjoyed wood crafts, leather work, drawing,
watching westerns and spending time with his kids.
Justin is preceded in death by his parents, Justin and Floye Newkirk; and
brother in law, Ray Taylor.
Survivors include his wife, Sarah Newkirk; son, John William
Newkirk; daughters, Destinee S. Newkirk; siblings, Lawrence Newkirk and wife,
Judy, Kenneth Newkirk and wife, Wanda, Earl Newkirk and wife, Terri, Becky
Alexander and husband, Ricky, and numerous other relatives and friends.
