Marshall Jay Long, Purcell was born September 18, 1926 and died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at his home west of Purcell at the age of 83 years.

Last Residence: 73080 Purcell, McClain, OK

Burial was held in Hillside Cemetery for Marshall Jay Long. Arrangements were under the direction of Funeral Service.

Florreta Doris Long died July 31, 2020 in Wilburton, Oklahoma at the age of 88 years 1 month 3 days.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, entrusted to the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.

Florreta was born June 28, 1932 in Purcell, Oklahoma to Bill and Lucille (Williams) Wade. She was raised and attended school in Dibble/Purcell area. On March 14, 1951, she married Marshall “Jay” Long in Purcell, Oklahoma, where they made their home. Florreta worked as an in home Caregiver for the elderly. She enjoyed fishing and playing bingo. Florreta loved spending time with her family.

Florreta is preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Lucille Wade; her husband of 59 years, Jay Long; her brother, Nelson Wade; her sister in law, Rita Wade; her brother in law, Bob Hardcastle; her grand daughter, Stephanie Long; her great grandson, Gavin Long; and her infant brother.

Survivors include her sons; Jack Long and wife, Nancy, Harold Long and wife, Kimm, Terry Long and wife, Lyndell; daughter, Teresa Beller and husband, Toby; grandchildren, Mike and wife, Lori, Nick and wife, Erica, Dakota and wife, Karina, Rowdy, Rusty, Chance and wife, Ashley, Scott, T.J., Stormie, Chandra, Britannia and husband, James, Angie and husband, Mike, Samantha and husband, Pablo, Mandy; great grandchildren, Austin and wife, Taylor, Ethan, Marshall, Jackson, Logan, Mason, Avery, Isaac, Ryker, Dom, Boston, Landon, Dawson, Taizen, Kobe, Autumn, Brailyn, Rhea, Kaleigh, Teagan, Taylen; great-great grandchildren, Asher and Bella; sisters, Patsy Anderson and husband, Kenny; Dorene Hardcastle; and many other relatives and friends.
