G. Jean Juarez age 92 of Scottsdale, Arizona formerly of Purcell, Oklahoma passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 in Scottsdale. Jean was born March 12, 1921 in Purcell, OK. She was one of five children born to Pedro Juarez and Catalina (Ruiz) Juarez. Jean grew up in Purcell where she attended and graduated from St. Elizabeth Catholic School. Jean worked many years and later retired as a telephone operator for GTE Telephone Co. in Oklahoma. She was of the Catholic faith. After living in Oklahoma most of her life, she moved to Arizona in 2006 to be close to her brother, Robert and his family.
She was preceded in death by: Parents: Pedro and Catalina Juarez Two sisters: Mary DeLaFunte and Bonnie Juarez Two brothers: Innocencio Juarez and Robert Juarez
She is survived by: Two sisters-in-law: Gloria Juarez of Scottsdale, AZ. Ingaborg Juarez of Germany Also many loving nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews
Graveside services will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Purcell, OK on Tuesday, June 25, 2013. Arrangements are by Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
