Betty Jo Croy, 80, of Blanchard, died Saturday, August 24, 2019, in Oklahoma City. The daughter of Ivy Veda "Ike" Hightower and Jewel (Erwin) Hightower, she was born March 31, 1939, in Lindsay, Oklahoma.

Betty was a homemaker and was a member of the Dibble Free Will Baptist Church. She married Cecil Croy on July 19, 1986, in Oklahoma City. Betty was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and the Red Hat Society. She was an avid fan of OU football. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Betty is survived by her husband, Cecil Croy of Blanchard; three sons, Carl Sandefer of Oklahoma City, Paul Sandefer and wife, LeAnne, of Flower Mound, Texas, and Cory Sandefer of Lubbock, Texas; six grandchildren, Morgan Sandefer of Blanchard, Megan Young and husband, Aaron, of Montana, Madison Neumann and husband, Jared, of Indiana, J.P. Sandefer of Oklahoma City, Eli Sandefer of Texas, and Owen Sandefer of Texas; two great grandchildren, Sabrina Hall of Blanchard, and Noah Parke of Blanchard; one sister, Judy Hildebrand and husband, Larry, of Texas; one niece, Jennifer Schultz of Oklahoma City; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at the Dibble Free Will Baptist Church.

Burial will follow in the Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay.

Memorial donations may be made in Betty's name to the Dibble Free Will Baptist Church Food Pantry. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
