He was preceded in death by his parents, Doyle Allen and Effie (Allen) George, and his two brothers, Estle Ray Allen and Thomas Dean “Tinker” Allen.
Ned is survived by four children: W. Ned Allen, Jr. of Floresville, Texas , Deena Allen Alfaro and her husband, Ruben Ybarra, of Addison, Texas Paula Allen of Miami Beach, Florida, and Brian Allen of Midland, Texas; six grandchildren, Christina Tatavak and her husband, Manny, Tiffany Deans and her husband, Tomas Valles, Anthony Allen, Tyler Nolle, Vanessa Allen, and Sofia Allen ; 4 great-grandchildren; one sister, Delores Ann “Pug” Burris of Oklahoma City; his former wife and the mother of his children, Anna Allen of Fort Stockton, Texas; several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, September 16, 2013, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Interment will follow in the Dibble Cemetery in Dibble.
