Graveside service for Otis Adams were held at  2pm Tuesday May 28, 1984, at the Dibble Cemetery in Dibble OK, with the Rev. Dovie George officiating. Services were under the direction of Yoakum Funeral Home, Purcell.

Otis T. Adams was born June 16, 1899 in Leon Oklahoma and died Thursday, May 24, 1984 following an extended illness at the age of 84. 

He was raised in the Alex area, before moving to McClain County in 1932. He lived in OKC from 1950 until 1970, then moved back to Purcell. 

He is survived by 3 daughters, Melva McMurray of OKC, Arlene Sofie and Kathy Adams, both of Honolulu HI; 1 son, Orbin Adams of Bethany; 2 sisters, Myrtle Farr of OKC, Ola McCann of Pampa TX; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
