Beloved Wife of Rick Stone |

WARR ACRES Joanne M. Stone, of Warr Acres, lost her short battle with breast cancer on Nov. 16, 2011. She was born on June 30, 1944, to Ted and Mardell (Peterson) Priolo in Duluth, Minnesota. Joanne was a 1962 graduate of Denfeld H.S. in Duluth. Her family moved to OKC in 1964. She retired from the Okla. State Health Dept. on July 1, 2006 to fulfill her desire to explore the country, with her husband in their motor coach. Joanne and Rick have been avid RVer's after buying their first coach in 1997. She is preceded in death by her father and her first husband, Gary Mannering. She is survived by her mother of OKC; husband Rick of Warr Acres; brother Roger Priolo (Marilyn) of Duluth, MN; sister Kathy Deason (Terry) of OKC; step-sons Alex and Alan Stone of OK; granddaughters (and the lights of her life) Emma Stone, Aurora Stone and Cadence Stone of OKC; nephew Mark Priolo (Wendy) of Coon Rapids, MN; nieces Heather Priolo of Minneapolis, MN, Carrie Carpenter (John) of Choctaw, OK, Melissa Crane (Patrick) of OKC. She is also survived by the many members of the international RV club, Monaco America and the members of the former OK RV club, Birds of a Feather. A private burial will be held on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011, at Grace United Methodist Church at NW 63rd and Tulsa Ave. in OKC. No flowers are requested. A donation to the American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice, in Joanne's name is recommended if you wish to remember her. Services are under the direction of Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Purcell.
