Juanita (Love) Davis Obit

Juanita Davis was born Aug 31, 1922 to Jim and Pearle Love in Byars. She attended Blue Branch Elementary in Blue Branch, Okla. and later moved to Wichita, Kan.

Mrs. Davis worked for many years as a cook and supervisor at Skaggs Drug Company and for 10 years worked as a lunch aide at Engalls Elementary.

She was a faithful member of Tabernacle Baptist Church for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters, Meese, Mert, Myrtle, Janetta and Vera; six brothers, Wilson, Robert, Jesse, John, Marvin and Paul; one grandson, Michael Tompkins; one great-grandson, Michael Calhoun and one great-great-grandson, DeAngelo Anthony.

Survivors include one daughter, Billie Ann (Walker) Gordon; two granddaughters; two sisters, Bessie Wynesberry and Betty D. of Wichita, Kan., and the Rev. Orbin Love of Lancaster, Calif.; oone brother, Jessie Lee of Oklahoma City; four great-grandchildren and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
