He married Terri Elaine Morris on October 2, 1972 in Ft. Worth, Texas. John retired from General Motors in Oklahoma City. He was a Baptist in faith and enjoyed bowling, fishing, and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
John is survived by his wife, Terri Wise of Bridge Creek; two daughters, Shelly Wise and husband, Chad, of Oklahoma City and Shannon Wise of Bridge Creek; two grandchildren, Stephanie Long of Bridge Creek and Brooklyn Wise of Oklahoma City; his mother, Patsy Wise of Texas; his father, Don E. Wise and wife, Pat, of Texas; his step-mother, Joann Watson of Texas; one sister, Linda Baronowski and husband, Robert, of Texas; and many other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Jay Watson and father, John H. Watson.
Graveside service for John will be held at 2:00 P.M.,
Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Blanchard Cemetery.
