Ima Ruth "Jackie" Tiffin went to be with the Lord on August 25, 2019. She was born on May 5, 1941 in Hanna, Oklahoma to Woodie and Juanita Hamilton.
She was raised in Oklahoma City and attended Southeast High School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Blanchard. Ima owned and operated Val's Smokehouse in Purcell and retired in 2012. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching golf, Thunder Basketball, and OU Football.
Ima was preceded in death by her husband, Don Tiffin; parents, Woodie and Juanita Hamilton; two sisters, Eulela Potter and Cleda Hamilton.
She is survived by one brother, Raymond Hamilton and his wife, Sherrie, of Lexington; two daughters, Donna Paxton and her husband, Ed, and Monita Triplett and her husband, Jim; two step-daughters, Cindy Spaulding and her husband, Rick, and Becky Stringer and her husband, Phil, all of Blanchard; one step-son, Todd Tiffin and his wife, Christy, of Edmond; four grandchildren, Shane Paxton, Chris Paxton, Katie Triplett, Hanna Laningham and her husband, Hunter, all of Blanchard; eight great-grandchildren; two nieces; one nephew; many cousins; and other loved ones, and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, August 29, 2019, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard.
Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
