Hank married Joyce Bess on Nov. 14, 1958 in Lawton, OK, they were married 55 years at the time of his death.
Hank loved being outdoors and enjoyed working in his yard mowing and gardening. He also enjoyed playing dominoes and drinking coffee with his buddies. After he retired he worked as a private consultant for several years then he and Joyce built homes in Newcastle for eight years. He was a faithful Christian and member of the New Hope Christian Church in OKC. He will be remembered as a devoted husband and a loving father and grandfather.
Hank was preceded in death by: Father: Henry Talley, Mother: Ethel Cravens, 2 brothers: John and Perry Talley, 4 sisters: Lorene Doernback, Mildred Talley, Josephine Shilling and Sue Richey.
He is survived by: Wife: Joyce of the home, Sons: Russell Talley and wife Christine of Lausanne, Switzerland, Dennis Talley of Newcastle, Brother: Page Talley of Amarillo, TX, Sister: Evelyn Dolch of Winfield, KS, Four grandchildren: Mark and Eileen Talley of Switzerland, Rachel Clay and husband Evan of Ada, OK and Jessica Talley of Newcastle. Also former daughter-in-law: Gaye Lynn Wallace of Newcastle, And many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM Monday, May 5, 2014 at the New Hope Christian Church, 12323 S. Penn, OKC. Burial will be 2:00 PM at the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements are with Wilson-Little Funeral Home in Newcastle.
