Kathy married Edwin Kenneth Schnell in Wichita, Kansas on November 14, 1970. She worked many years for Oklahoma Farm Bureau and was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Oklahoma City. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading, garage sales, gardening, watching HGTV, and decorating her home. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with family, especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and two sisters.
Kathy is survived by her husband, Ed Schnell, of Blanchard; two sons, Jimmy Schnell and his wife, Natalie, of Moore and Thad Schnell and his wife, Monica, of Blanchard; five grandchildren, Cassidy, Mehgan, Hayden, Tyler, and Trooper; two sisters, Marlene Fuller of Arkansas and Joann Johnston and her husband, Berry, of Nevada; and many other loved ones and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 1441 Southwest 104th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73159.
Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Kathy’s name to Holy Cross Lutheran Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
