Karen married Keith Alan Rainbow on February 12, 1981 in Moore, Oklahoma. She was Methodist in faith and worked for many years as a computer technician for Tinker Air Force Base until her health no longer allowed. In her spare time she enjoyed playing softball and sailboat racing with her husband, but her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Karen is survived by her husband, Keith Rainbow of Oklahoma City; two daughters, Melissa Dawn Harper and husband Jesse of Oklahoma City, and Jennifer Michelle Embree of Moore; one son, Jason Daniels and wife Misti of Fort Hood, Texas; seven grandchildren, Tyler Pennington, Aaron Wipf, Alex Wipf, Tayler Harper, Jessica Daniel, Nathan Daniels, and Dillon Daniels; two great granddaughters, Gabriella Pennington, and Briar Daniel; two sisters, Nancy Franklin and husband Bob of Moore, and Terri Madden and husband Randy of Norman; and many other loved ones and friends.
Funeral service will be at
2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard with
interment to follow in the Blanchard Cemetery.
