Wavona was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice King; her parents; sisters, Charlene Daniels and Shirley Herron; a son, William Lawrence “Lance” Mills from her marriage to Frederick Leon Mills, also deceased.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen Provence and husband Bobby of Jones Creek, Texas, and Marilyn DeFee of Harrah, Oklahoma; her sons, Robert Willis and wife Terri of Angleton, Texas, and David Willis and wife Stacy of Piedmont, Oklahoma; a brother, Charles L. Flanagan and wife Connie of Baker City, Oregon; 17 beloved grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends who will miss her.
Funeral service was held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Reverend Robert V. Willis, III officiated with interment held in the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard.
