Deborah “Debbie” Lynn (Coonce) Keen, 70, of Oklahoma City, died Friday, February 16, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The daughter of Walter Daniel Coonce and Marie Josephine (Levandoski) Davis, she was born November 23, 1953, in Youngstown, Ohio.
Debbie married Curtis Ray Keen and they were together for 22 years until his death in 2004.
She worked for many years as a waitress in the restaurant business. In her spare time, she loved working crossword puzzles and was an avid bingo player. Her daughter, Christina, and brother, Danny, said they could always count on her to give them a call with a daily rundown of all the shows playing on television that day. She was their personal tv guide. Debbie had a kind-hearted and generous spirit and enjoyed helping others. She had a great sense of humor and was always joking with people. Above all, she loved her family and enjoyed her times together with them. She will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Curtis Ray Keen; a sister, Betty Mae; and a daughter, Belinda.
Debbie is survived by one daughter, Christina Burton and her husband, Jeremy; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Burton and Dustin “Bubba” Burton; one brother, Danny Coonce and his wife, Brenda; nieces and nephews, Crystal, Angela, Mona, Jason, Jerry, Jeff, and Junior; and many other loved ones and friends.
