Kenneth Roy “Ken” Hollcroft, 75, of Blanchard, died Thursday, July 2, 2015 in
Norman. The son of Roy Earnest Hollcroft and Theresa (Sanders) Hollcroft, he was
born January 10, 1940 in California, Missouri.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Kenneth married Elizabeth Elaine Gray on July
14, 1982 in Oklahoma City. He retired from Lucent Technology after 35 years of
service. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching sports but his greatest
enjoyment came from spending time with his grandchildren.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Charles Owen
Hollcroft.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Hollcroft, of Blanchard; one daughter,
Sharon Syrus of Amarillo, Texas; three sons, Brian Hollcroft and his wife,
LaDonna, of Norman, Mike Moody and his wife, Theresa, of Norman, and David Moody
of Chickasha; six grandchildren, Michael Moody, Lindsay Mayes, Sidney Simon,
Salinda McFarland, Jason Hollcroft, and Kevin Hollcroft; six great
grandchildren, Francine, Mable, Joselle, Ryker, Emily, and Melea; and many other
loved ones and friends.
A private family graveside service will be held in the Blanchard Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
