Karen (Sue) Dunagan, 79, of Midwest City, died Saturday, November 7, 2020, in Oklahoma City. She was born to Loma Loretta (Yoakum) Cooper on December 9, 1940, in Oklahoma City. On June 19, 1980 Sue married Floyd Dewayne Dunagan, merging two families into one. For 21 years Sue worked as a cafeteria supervisor for the Mid-Del Schools, where she loved seeing the children every day; she retired in 2001. She was a member of the Del City Church of Christ, where she was involved in helping with the Whiz Kids program. In her spare time, she enjoyed fishing with her husband, spending time with her dog, Molly, having weekly lunches with her adult children and planning and attending family celebrations. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family, whom she dearly loved. She was a great cook and everyone’s favorite meal was her lasagna, always a birthday treat. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Sue was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Chuck Mason; a grandson, Chris Wright; and a granddaughter, Nicole Marie Dunagan. She is survived by her husband, Floyd Dunagan of Midwest City; four daughters, Donna Wright and husband, Paul, of Oklahoma City, Vickie Walker and husband, Mike, of Blanchard, Barbara Parker and husband, Steve, of Midwest City, and Cris Elder and husband, Roger, of Midwest City; two sons, Darrell Mason of Oklahoma City, and Dewayne Dunagan and wife, Judene, of Pennsylvania; fourteen grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and many other loved ones and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery.
