Irene was a member of the Moore Church of Christ. Irene loved going to the lake and camping. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family. She was known for her holiday dinners and made the best peanut brittle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Brenda Lozano and Carolyn Duncan; a sister, Pauline Flowers; two sisters-in-law, Jimmie Pierce and Nellie Pierce; and a brother-in-law, Don Price.
Irene is
survived by one son, Timmy Duncan and wife Kim
of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Teressa Foust of
Oklahoma City; son-in-law, Bob Lozano of Duncan;
four grandchildren, Drew Duncan of Norman, Dion
Duncan, Robert Lozano, and Jennifer Lozano, all
of Oklahoma City; five great grandchildren;
three brothers, Marvin Pierce of Oklahoma City,
Richard Pierce and wife Sue of Hot Springs,
Arkansas, and Eugene Pierce of Hennepin; one
sister, Lorene Price of Tuttle; and many other
relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be
at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard.
Interment will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery.
