Lavina ‘June’ (Wright) Crouch was born on August 17, 1947 to her parents Raymond A. and Vina C. Wright in Chandler, OK. June was the big sister to Peggy and Rhonda. June was baptized on July 7 1965 by her Uncle Louis Wright into the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn. She attended school at Chandler where she then graduated with the class of 1966. One year later she married Rex Crouch on June 16, 1967 in Chandler, OK. They were married 52 years. After 7 long years of waiting God blessed them with their first daughter, Caressa on March 22, 1974, 3 years later, on April 30, 1977 another daughter Lacey, 9 years later, on March 29, 1986 another daughter Sheilene, less than 2 years later on November 25, 1987 the first son Chantz, 3 years later on December 18, 1990 another son ‘Ricky’ Richard. The Family lived in Moore, OK until 1987 when they moved to Tuttle, OK which has been their home since. Rex and June were blessed with 5 beautiful granddaughters Dax, Zya, Cali, Bella, and Raylynn. “Nana” loved spending time with her busy granddaughters. “June Bug” loved playing cards with her dear friends and family. She was an active member and enjoyed going to her church in Newcastle, OK. She enjoyed sewing and made many dresses and clothes for her children and anyone else who asked, including her daughter’s wedding. She also loved traveling and spending time with her sisters Peggy and Rhonda. June was best known for her welcoming and loving smile. June never met a stranger!


She was preceded in death by her mother Vina Wright, father in law Richard Crouch, mother in law Minnie Crouch, and daughter in law Brittney Crouch.


June is survived by husband Rex Crouch of Sulphur, OK;

Daughter Caressa and husband Justin Greenfield and their daughters Dax and Zya of Moore; Daughter Lacey and husband Aaron Laubhan of OKC, OK;

Daughter Sheilene and husband Riley Morris and their daughters Cali and Bella of Blanchard; Son Chantz Crouch and his daughter Raylynn of Blanchard, OK;

Son “Ricky” Richard Crouch of Tuttle, OK; father Raymond Wright and his wife Marilyn of OKC;

Sister Peggy and husband Gary Crouch of Chandler, OK;

Sister Rhonda and husband Larry Manuel of Tuttle, OK; and many aunts, uncles, nieces nephews, and a number of family and friends.
 

Graveside Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 10, 2020 at Blanchard Cemetery, Blanchard, OK.
