Jerry LaWayne Cooley, 64, of Bridge Creek, died Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at his home. The son of Cecil Edward Cooley and Deloris (Gordon), he was born September 12, 1952 in Chickasha, Oklahoma.

 Jerry grew up in Blanchard and graduated from Blanchard High School. He served in the US Army National Guard and was Baptist in faith. In his spare time, Jerry enjoyed storm chasing and being outdoors. He spent countless hours hunting and fishing. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family and friends.

 He was preceded in death by his father and one brother, John Cooley.

 Jerry is survived by one daughter, Angela Strode of Gravette, Arkansas; two sons, Tony Cooley and his wife, Kristi, of Gravette, Arkansas and Jake Cooley and Brie Miller of Oklahoma City; six grandchildren, Tyler, Tad, Tanner, Tatum, Payton, and Rylee; his mother, Deloris Chalupa and her husband, Charles, of Yukon; two sisters, Shellie West and her husband, Lyndell, of Wayne and Linda Cooley of Bridge Creek; two brothers, Ronnie Cooley and Danny Cooley, both of Bridge Creek; and many other relatives and friends.

 Memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home Chapel in Blanchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
