Lance was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Don Brooks, grandparents, R.W. and Wilma Dean Brooks.
Lance is survived by his mother and stepfather, Gwineth and James Yeager of Ft. Worth, Texas; girlfriend, Sierra Estrada of Lubbock, Texas; brother, Matthew Brooks and his wife Jennifer of Blanchard; sister, Donya Johnson and her husband Keith of Washington; stepbrother, Mike Yeager and wife Tara of Teague, Texas; step sister, Kristie Holmes and husband Chris of Wichita, Kansas; grandparents, Elton and Lavera Mills of Blanchard; special aunt, Radonna McDaniel and husband Kelly and their children, Kelsey and Charlie of Blanchard; 9 nieces and nephews, Makenzie, Mason, Ben, Braydon, Haley, Kylee, Danielle, Alex, and Samye; other loved ones and numerous friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, February 20, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Blanchard with interment held in the Blanchard Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
