The son of Herbert Dean Bell and Norma Jo (Corbell) Bell, he was born September 6, 1968, in Oklahoma City.
Robby was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He owned and operated Bell’s Convenience Stores in Bridge Creek and Newcastle for many years. He attended Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Bridge Creek. Robby was an avid sports fan and coached Little League football and baseball for many years. He loved music and enjoyed going to concerts with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Gary Smith.
A private graveside service will be held in the Blanchard Cemetery.
A public celebration of Robby’s life will be planned for a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
