Jumper Cemetery
Rose, Mayes County, Oklahoma

Sabrina Hitchcock surveyed this cemetery in June 2013.

Jumper Cemetery is located on the edge of the county road. It is not fenced and it is not well kept. There are many graves that are only marked by a large stone and there are a few graves that are marked by headstones in Cherokee. The cemetery is still active and relatives do still decourate the known graves. There are many burials there that are very old.

If you have family buried in Jumper Cemetery, have obits (with newspapers permission or an obit that you can write), individual portraits, can write a short bio, have a history of the cemetery and would like to add your information to this website, contact the county coordinator for more information.
