Phillip Morris Trundle, born on July 10, 1938, in Adair, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Phillip lived a life filled with dedication to his family and community, leaving behind a legacy characterized by his work ethic, humor, and passion for life.

Phillip began his career at a young age with the Pryor Police Department, where he contributed to the safety and well-being of his community. He later transitioned to Georgia Pacific, where he served in the maintenance department until his well-deserved retirement.

Those who knew Phillip often remarked on his great sense of humor, which brought joy to family gatherings around his pool and social occasions alike. He cherished spending time with his loved ones, whether it was camping trips, gardening, or riding motorcycles with friends. His later years were enriched by his passion for golfing and the thrill of watching horse races. Phillip was also fond of working cattle, partaking in pigeon racing, and enjoyed playful wrestling matches with his grandchildren, creating fond memories that will be cherished by his family for years to come.

Phillip is survived by his daughters, Debbie Motter and her husband Ronnie of Inola, OK, and Cindy Proctor and Mark Smith of Claremore, OK. He will be lovingly remembered by his brother Jimmy Trundle and his wife Roseann of Pryor, OK. Phillip's legacy continues through his granddaughter Candice Garcia, his grandson Eric Motter, and two great-grandchildren, Chiara Roberts and Giovanni Roberts. He is also survived by his companion, Thelma Hagar.

He was preceded in death by his parents Morris and Opal Trundle, his beloved wife of 55 years, Nancy Trundle, his brothers Bill and Donald Trundle, as well as his sisters Bertie Trundle and Mildred McNabb. Phillip also mourned the loss of two grandsons, Ryan Ruffin and Noah Martin.

Visitation will be held at Shipman's Funeral & Cremation Service in Pryor, Oklahoma, on December 8, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will take place at the same location on December 9, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM.
