Allison Peper-Ramsey
March 18, 1981 - June 20, 2026
Services to celebrate and remember the life of Allison Peper-Ramsey will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Adair, OK. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday from 3-7 with family there to receive visitors from 5-7. Allison left her temporary earthly home for her permanent heavenly home on Saturday, June 20, 2026, surrounded by her family and closest friend. She was 45 years old.
Born in Tulsa, OK on March 18, 1981, to Allan D. Peper and Alvina Jimison. Allison was raised and educated in the Sequoyah area and graduated from Sequoyah High School with the Class of 1999. She continued her education attending Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, OK and OSU in Stillwater. On April 4, 2012, in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Allison married the love of her life Bryan Ramsey. Their marriage was gifted with 3 sons, Wyatt, Cash and Justice. Allison contributed to the family finances working as a Pharmaceutical Tech.
A young lady that lived each day to the fullest and found the greatest pleasure in the simple things of life. Allison was in her element when she was on the farm. She was proud of her Peper heritage, and it showed in her love of cattle and the land. Her and husband Bryan could be found on the farm in the side by side putting out corn around the deer stands or just admiring the beauty of what God had created, and you could be sure Ruby her Blue Healer was right there with them. She was known for her sense of humor and according to her husband, if her day started before noon, you might not see it. Allison had a contagious laugh and could light up any room with her presence.
When it came to her boys, Allison was certainly their biggest fan and supporter in all their activities. In fact, at their football games, she was known as the "Screaming Mama". Allison was actively involved in the AG program at Chelsea Public Schools and traveled with Cash all over showing short horn cattle. Allison was always right there to help him get the cattle ready to go in the show ring or help Justice and Wyatt get their pigs ready to show. She would also travel all over the state to see Cash ride and rodeo or attend a trap shoot that Cash and Justice were in. It might have been easier said if her boys were there; so was their mom, Allison. When grandson Easton came along Allison's love of shopping escalated and according to family, Amazon was at their house every day. Once again Allison excelled at being a "GiGi" just as she had as a mother. No story about Allison would be complete unless you mentioned her talent for decorating. She loved to decorate and especially for Christmas. A trip to Hobby Lobby was just part of her weekly schedule. And when it came to jewelry, Allison's philosophy was the more the better.
A young lady that has certainly left a huge footprint and legacy that will live on in the lives of her family and friends. Allison battled her cancer with the same tenacity and determination that she showed each day of her life. She was willing to try unconventional methods to make sure she had as much time as possible with her family that she loved with all her heart. Allison is survived by her husband, Bryan, children, Wyatt Ramsey and wife Lakyn, Cash Ramsey, and Justice Ramsey, grandson, Easton Ramsey, brother, Steven Seabolt and wife Kimberly, sister, Shannon White and husband Justin, father, Allan Peper and wife Arlene, mother, Alvina Jimison, mother and father-in-law, Brenda and Mitchell Ramsey. Very special friend Jean Ratley. Allison was preceded in death by her grandparents.
